Jeroen’s office is on the first floor of UCM’s Heksenstraat building. There are signs pointing to his door. From the parking lot behind UCM’s main building, go through the gate in the fence and enter the building directly across. During working hours the backdoor entry should be open and unlocked.
The office door may be closed, and Jeroen tends to wear headphones. If there is no response after knocking, just open the door.
